I have not been able to open the pictures

    Hey! 
    The last couple months I have not been able to open the pictures my clients are sending me through the Jot Form. Please help!

    If the link to the files do not open when you try to access them from the email notification, that happens due to the following security setting: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
