    Hi,

I have a big form, which collects User info, Appointment info, payment details, product details.

I want to break down each of them into separate forms. And then Create another form, which can import all of the above and do more customizations as needed.

This way, I can use a Payment related or anything else in multiple other forms, and saves time for me to avoid doing same changes on each form.

Currently when I did create a new form using an existing, only first time i was able to use an existing form URL, but not able to use more than one.

Please let me know if its doable.

    Thanks

You can move form fields to another form by using the field manager app: https://www.jotform.com/integrations/field-manager

Please try it and let us know if that's what you're looking for.

You can also clone your form by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/27-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-Your-Account

Please keep in mind that free account can only create up to 5 forms. I hope this information helps.
