Cannot open jpeg in Gmail

I have to open Jotform Form in safari and it won’t open files at all in my gmail even though I am logged into the same account. Claims that cookies are enable through gmail but there’s no option in the app to turn them on or off

We apologize for inconvenience. Can you please make sure you were already logged in to your account/username 1001troubles  at https://www.jotform.com/login and try open the files again. 

I checked on the form Email settings and it appears to be configured correctly. The file link in the email should be available.
