Please cancel the subscription and refund the last charge

    Hi Jotform Support Team,

    I made a big mistake and signed up for Jotform before getting full approval from company leadership. I signed up last week and have not used the Jotform services yet. Would it be possible to be refunded for the year long membership I signed up for and cancel my membership? I am so sorry for the inconvenience this may cause.
