Conditional Logic to Skip Page

    Hello,

I am having trouble with setting up a condition to skip pages in a form. When clicking "yes" in question 1, the form should bring me to page 3; instead, it brings me to a blank page. I included a screenshot for your reference.

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your message.

What's happening here is, you're actually in page 2 when you click Next button on the form, but since all the fields on page 2 are hidden, you see nothing.

Instead of hiding the elements, you can use the following option to skip to a specific page base on the user's answer.

You may refer to our "How to Skip Pages Using Conditional Logic" guide for more related information.

Your conditional block should look something like so.
