Cloned form displaying incorrect page title

My forms are still displaying in the windows tap incorrectly even tho I have changed the form name in form settings. 

ex; click on "schedule a free consultation" the windows tap still reads " top final expense plans"

How can I correct this?

You need to update the Page Title to resolve this issue.
