Suspended - Unable to access my account and forms

I'm not able to log into my account and my clients aren't able to access the forms.  Thank you in advance for you help.

We need to delete the form so we can activate your account.

If I have a paid account am I allowed to collect credit card info? I only
do this because some of my business is online telehealth and I need to have
cc info on file.

Unfortunately, that is still not allowed even if you're a subscriber. However, you can ask or collect for an email address or phone number and then ask them directly about the credit card information.

it looks like the cc authorization is still on the account. are you going
