Input Table entries defaulting to Yes

When a user is entering responses into an input table with possible entries of "Yes" and "No," any rows in the table left unanswered default to "Yes," the first response option. Is there a way to make this not happen.

We apologize for inconvenience. I checked this on your form but so far I was not able to see the issue described. The input table field has no default answer on initial load and I can manually select.
