    Upgrading for one month when I have a 1 yr paid in advance subscription

    We purchased a one year, paid in advance subscription to Jotform which gave us a discounted rate. With only one day left in the month, we will exceed our 1020 forms allowed under our subscription. How to we upgrade for this month only, for the addtional $10 yet revert back to our orignal subscrition plan for next month without any additional increase in subscription fees for the following months?

    I believe I understand where you are asking about. Unfortunately we do not have an option to reselect different plans per each month as a viable since when ordering and upgrading it goes in order - starter/free > premium > economy > professional. You'd have to request this as a feature improvement for our services for this to allow that ability. However, I'm not so sure whether or not that our Management and Developers would consider adding an option this but it never hurts to ask.

    I spoke with my manager for approval on this and what we can do for now is once you've reached your Limit and you are out of space let us know and we will dial it back down some to around 900 so that you can recieve extra submissions for the month for the time being. I believe that this will help cover until your Monthly reset takes place. Keep in mind though that we can only do this once. Otherwise if you go beyond that again you will need to upgrade for the month to the next level up which would be Economy for a Month then we can manually return you after that to your Yearly Premium but you will need to notify us about this here in the forum.
