How can I set up a report to filter by day?

As a sports organization, we are using JotForm to set up a Covid daily screening form that will be used by athletes in 10 different clubs. All participants (athletes and coaches) MUST complete the daily screening by 3 PM to ensure each club can view a results report to ensure that each athlete has actually submitted prior to them showing up to the facility.

However, the current report function allows me to view responses by week or month but we need to be able to view them by day. Is that functionality available?
