Uses are changing their condition response after entering details

Users entering the form are answering a conditional question Q15, and then starting to answer the questions provided after this questions and then going back to Q15 and are changing their answer and are then filling out a different set of questions. How can we stop users answering both sets of questions, or stopping one set of information being captured?

Can you please tell us how exactly are they going back to Q15? If they are using the back button then you can hide the back button on your form.
