My account is locked.

    I'm the admin assistant working with my boss and we were both trying to be logged in and now I am logged in but she is locked out. We did have a few attempts. What can we do to fix this? Thanks!

    I did check your account and found that you have HIPAA compliant account. Please note that account gets locked after multiple failed login attempts.

    I have gone ahead and activated your account again.
