    Hi!

I have 5 different PDF forms (only 2 completed so far) that are to be triggered based on the person's responses to my survey. I tested it out and based on my results, my calculation was 7, I should have received the PDF with the range of (1-16). Please see link: https://hipaa.jotform.com/pdf-editor/202176271820146.

Am I doing something wrong? Are my conditions incorrect or my PDF forms (I haven't completed the last 3 yet because I wanted to make sure what I am trying to create will work first). Please advise.

Here is the link to the email I send out with the embedded link to the appropriate form (1-16). https://hipaa.jotform.com/build/202176271820146/settings/emails

    Thank you.

With that said, if the calculation result is 7, it should trigger this email condition.

I checked your email conditions but none of them has PDF Attachment enabled. In order to attach the correct PDF, you have to go to the Advanced tab, set PDF Attachment to YES, and select the PDF that you want to attach. For example, it should be the "Stress/Burnout Prevention" PDF that is attached to Notification 1.

The hyperlinked you used on the email content will only be accessible by you on edit mode since that is an edit PDF URL. Please use the PDF Attachment instead as mentioned above.
