missing submission after account was downgraded

    Hi, 


    I have been using Jot Form for a while now and recently due to fraudulent transactions on my business credit card, I had to get the card cancelled and replaced. As I was waiting for my new card in the mail, my jotform subscription was unable to deduct a payment. The second I received my new card I updated the payment details asap. 


    Now when I look at my Jotform account (screenshot attached), I can only see about 1/10th of the submissions that should be there.


    This is extremely important for my businesses compliance requirements and urgently require this to be reverted back to what it was. 


    Your prompt action is greatly appreciated.

    We do apologize for the inconvenience.

    This usually happens when an account is downgraded back to free as the total submissions can only hold 500 submissions.

    I have refreshed your total submissions and you should be able to view all the missing submissions.

    Hi,


    Thanks for your quick response, however, it appears I am still missing over 5000 submissions on the Lost Super Search - TM form. 

    Could you please investigate this further for me?

    Our apologies for the inconvenience. I tried to recalculate your submissions and can now see that it went from 10,000+ to 15,300+ submissions.
