encrypted forms are not making sense

I need to open my encrypted forms and really need to speak with someone.

 What are the steps to unencrypt a form so i can read it? Thus far none of the explainations I am reading make no sense to me.  I'm paying every month for this service and I'm still not understanding how to use it. I really request that I am able to speak with someone please call and assist me over the phone or send me a youtube on how to do this on a MACBOOK running mac high sierra 10.13.6
