Unable to login to my account

    Hi team, 

    I dont know why my account has been suspended, i had to finish something really important and as you people have suspended my account i cant operate anything. 

    Can you please reactivate it, little urgent.

    Hello Punam,

    Your account was suspended as the form on your account (https://form.jotform.com/201911837758059) was collecting sensitive information such as PAN and Aadhar card numbers:

    You will either need to encrypt the form or add both the widgets below in the form:

    1. Add the Terms & Conditions Widget (or the Short Scrollable Terms Widget) for your users to read and agree.

    2. Add a Signature Widget so your users can sign and agree to provide such sensitive information.

    Either way, we will need to delete these fields from your form, and only then can we activate the account.

    Hence I have deleted these fields from the form and activated your account.

    Do review and follow the above suggestion, to prevent any further suspension.
