Employee log in issues

    Good morning.  I work at Parkside Credit Union in Westland Michigan.  Our employees are signed up for a specific questionnaire that we have them do every day.  One of my employees is not able to access the site to submit her answers.  She has to use someone else's station every day to submit the questionnaire.  When she tries to go to the site it just flickers on the screen.  It never actually opens.  It does not matter what computer she is on.  It does the same on every computer she is logged in to.  How can we get some help to resolve this issue?  Is there a contact telephone number that she can call that someone can walk her through how to get this resolved?
