Account is saying all my forms are disabled

    Hi, my account is saying all my forms are disabled, can you tell me how I can reactivate them

    Is there something on the form? We do not collect credit card or payment details. So strange.

    Hi,

    Our apologies for the inconvenience.

    Your account got auto suspended by our anti phishing tool again due to, I believe, the content of your Autoresponder/Notification email having links and/or texts that are on the watch list.

    I've reactivated your account and your form is working fine now.

    Let us know if the issue persists.

    Hi this issue is still happening. I tried to delete the content that was in the email for that form in case i had information in there that is on the watch list I cant see why though we are a very tiny voluntary organisation that support people not to scam them. If you can go into the form from your end and delete the email content that is causing this I think this will fix it as I said i tried to but couldn't link to form is: https://www.jotform.com/form/91753494664873
