How can I change the name of purchaser on your invoices

Kindly let us know the name that you would like to use for the invoices and we can make the change for you.

Can you change the name from "Mark Northway" (which is the name on the credit card) to the name of our company which is "ShareSoc".

Thank you for providing the name that you would like to have on the invoices.

I have now gone ahead and removed the name Mark Northway from the subscription and listed ShareSoc as the primary name instead. You can expect your next invoice to contain the correct name.

However, I have noticed that your account is currently set to cancel its subscription at the end of the current monthly period (September 9, 2020). Was this cancellation intentional?

If it was not, then we can certainly reactivate your subscription so that you are not downgraded back to Free next month.

Thanks for making the change. I cancelled our subscription in error whilst trying to change the name in the purchaser field. So please can you reactivate the subscriptions at bronze level.
