Not getting emails after a submission

    I cannot get the emails from my Lost/Found report to reliably come through. Most of the times I get a submission, I never receive an email.  I've tried different pictures, so it's not a size issue.

    Our apologies for any inconvenience caused. 

    Have you checked your Spam folder for the missing submission notifications? It happens that email providers tag Jotform emails as Spam; therefore, they end up being blocked or forwarded. 

    Let us know, in case the emails are not present in your spam folder. We will need your permission to send a test using your form.
