Account Suspended

I recently set up an account and it is already suspended and I have not had a chance to use it yet.  I have tried to verify my email address and it will not allow me to that either.

Yes it can be purged as I was not done with editing it. I had started the
account last week buy never sent it out to anyone. I would like to he able
to use the account.

I was able to start the form but then when I went to make changes, it would
not allow me edit and now I am getting the same error message as before.
It is because it was the same name as the last form? I also tried to
delete it again but it still get the same message.

I've purged the deleted form again, this should not suspend your account if you're not asking for information that goes against our terms. 

Make sure you do not ask for credit card details or login credentials.
