If you are referring to the Zoho Integration useage, I think you can do this already...
In the integration, the Full Name field is the "different users". I meant, each submission should be equal to different contact or lead.
Please inform us if this is not what you were referring to. You may also clarify to us if its not in Zoho CRM you need to do this.

Your correct, I think i have to do this within Zoho. One way around would be to have a hidden field update based off another field that is selected. I.e. if Commercial is selected from a picklist field in the web form person fills out, this could change a hidden field that would equal the Zoho User ID. Zoho could then see the import as just another field to allow differation to a different Zoho User. This would allow one form to be used and have an automatic assign certain Zoho user for them to follow up. Dont think this is possible with jotform. Thanks for the support only wished Zoho Support was as responsive.

You're quite welcome.
I did wish I could have provided more helpful suggestion to your requirement. But I have none at this time.
Just the same, perhaps what was describe on this guide Smart-Forms-Using-Conditional-Logic can help give you more idea on the hidden field method you mentioned.
