    Love your service by the way!  I've created a small form that I want to pop up or light box onto our web pages but I want it to appear when the page loads, right now it shows up as a link.  Also I need to link it to our mailing list.  Thanks for your help

    Hi,

    Please check out this Sample page

    To achieve that, replace this line in your lightbox embed code:

    with this:

    click image above to copy codes

    Next, add this code inside your <body> tag:

    onload="document.getElementById('lightbox-11261758966').click()"

    so it becomes

    <body onload="document.getElementById('lightbox-11261758966').click()">

    With regards to linking to your mailing list, I do not think there is a way to do aside from importing the submitted emails into your mailing list application, or using HTTP POST feature to automatically dump the email addresses into your mailing list app. The latter would require custom programming though.

    Let me know how this works for you. We'll await your response.

    Hi,

    To center align the heading text you will need to over ride the css with the use of
    custom inject css:

    Here's how to add your custom css:

    1. Open your form in JotForm
    2. Click on 'Setup & Embed'
    3. Choose 'Preferences'
    4. Select 'Form Styles'  and in the Inject Custom CSS
    add the following code:

    .form-input-wide
    {
    text-align:center;
    }

    Hope this helps.

    Regards,
    Mliz
