Hi,
I need to re-create this Formstack form in a HIPAA-compliant environment. The form collects answers to three questions and, based on the answers, will send either a green "entry permitted" or a red "entry denied" email to the user.
Does JotForm have this ability? If so, we would be interested in starting an account.
Thanks,
Ryan

Hello Ryan - That is possible by creating two autoresponder emails, one for permitted and the other's for denied. Here's an example:
Then use conditions to send the email based on the status. Here's a guide on How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-User-s-Answer. Here's an example:
I have implemented this on a demo form. Here's a link so you can try: https://form.jotform.com/202244328456049
