I am not sure if I have understood your requirement.

You can directly create a report (eg grid listing) and embed that in your form. Data in your google spreadsheet is just a copy of your submission data.

Do you actually want to show some other google spreadsheet content in your form? You can grab your google spreadsheet embed code and embed it in your form. Please refer these guide:

The first option with 'gridlisting 'is good. I dont need to use google doc sheet.  I entered the iframe of grid lisiting report to my google site, however, it does not work.

Do you know why this will be the case? jotform authentication?

Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. With regards to your query, can you please re-embed your 'Grid' iFrame code into your website using this:

    <iframe src="//www.jotformpro.com/grid/32113885394054" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:100%; min-height:500px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    Thank you!
