A form that needs to be filled out by 2 people

What I need is to be able to fill out a portion of a form on my office then send it to a customer to fill out the remainder and sign it. I only want them to have access to make changes to the portion that they need to fill.  Is this possible?

That's actually possible. You'll need to set up an email notification for that, wherein the customer will receive the edit form URL via email once you submitted the form.
