Hello, I work for a company that has many different emails, I happen to be the marketing rep and we're trying to set up a form to have a different email get the "someone has responded to your form" email so that everyone in the office gets the notification through email. I have been trying to do this with little to no success and was wondering if I could get some instruction on how to accomplish this, whether it be through the email setting in the form or some other way.

So instead of having it go to the email that the account was set up with ex: "name@mail.com"

I would like it to go to "name1@gmail.com" for the notification that someone has filled out the form so everyone in the office can see that someone has responded to the form.

    Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out to us,

Here you can find a detailed guide about sending Notifications to Multiple Recipients: https://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients

There's also a limit of 10 recipients per Notification and 2 for Autoresponders. If you need to add 20 recipients, you will need to create 2 Notification emails (10 recipients per each).

Hope this helps, let us know if you need any further assistance.
