My form gets stuck

I don't know why my form no longer clicks to "next page" after page 6.    I see there is a green dot on page 7 when I first start to access my form.   

What changed?

I tried cloning the form and made some tests submissions, however, I wasn't able to replicate it. 

I only tried filling out your form and was able to go past the pages 6 and 7 without a problem:

May we know if you embedded the form on a webpage? If so, please share with us a link to it so we can check.

Also, please try clearing your browser's cache or use a different browser if you have one to make a test submission.
