How can I change the currency on my form to Canadian $?

I have created a purchase order form without payment integration.  While the form itself doesn't show currency, the notification to the person submitting the form says its in USD.  We are selling products in Canadian $.

As we check your JotForm, it is already displaying CAD for the products on the form.

I have also tried sending a test submission to the form and see that the product pricing in the email is displayed as CAD.
