I ve just upgraded my acount to premium and paid via paypal, but my account says im still on tree plan

    Hi,

    We have manually upgraded your account from our end. Your Jotform username is missing during the upgrade process causing the system to fail to automatically upgrade your account. Please kindly re-login to see the changes.
