How can I update my username?

    I have multiple accounts and need the username to be more descriptive of what is included in the account.

    Unfortunately, you cannot change the username when HIPAA is already activated on the account. If you necessarily need to change the username, you have to disable HIPAA, wait for our backend team to remove HIPAA on the account, send us an update so we can proceed on your request. 

    Note that we do not recommend disabling HIPAA if your forms are currently active.
