Form freezes when embeded on my website.

Hello.

I created this form: https://form.jotform.com/202013044250232 and it works fine on that link. I also embedded it on my website and it worked fine when i tested it originally but now it freezes when you submit it on my website: https://ocean.builders/incubator-sign-up/. It just says "Please Wait" when you press the submit button. Can you help me to fix this ASAP. We have lots of people that were signing up on this form prior to adding this form and now we are not getting anything and we just realized what is going on.

Kindly try to edit the iframe embed code and replace the following:

sandbox="allow-scripts"

to

sandbox="allow-forms allow-scripts"
