The paragraph on the form is not included when we try to print the form

I want to print my "Kinship Mentor Background Check" form including a pre-printed paragraph that is on the actual form.  It doesn't show up when they submit the form on my end.  It needs that verbage for me to submit to the state for the actual check.  How do I make it carry over to the submission.

I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. Could you please elaborate on how you are trying to print the form? Since the form is encrypted it is not supported to send an autoresponder or create a PDF document for the form with the encrypted submission data.
