User login issue

    Hello,

    I have an employee that has been having difficulties with getting his account setup. I am using your Jotform to collect employee screening so this is critical that this issue is resolved. He has stated he has attempted contact on multiple occasions. The email for this account should be hmatthews@parksidecu.org. I believe he was able to reset his password but he never received a email verification. Please assist. Thank you.

    It's possible that since his account email address was never verified, he did not receive the password reset link.

    I have sent a new email verification link to his email address.

    Please ask him to first verify the account email and then reset the password as per this guide: How-to-reset-JotForm-account-password
