Submission not sent to my Google Sheet.

The second submission didn't come through. what is happening ? please i have many sensitive queries and formulas running with sheets .  please someone help

Upon checking, the submission ID you are referring to is from this form https://www.jotform.com/form/202002172511434. However, there's no existing integration on that form when I checked.

You should be able to see all submissions if you reintegrate your form again with Google Sheet. Can you please try reintegrating your form again?

I have reintegrated again and went through the hassle(queries, modified things)  but I want you to know that it stopped/unintegrated all by itself.

Thanks for the update. I'm checking if there are any previous reports about sudden disconnection, but we haven't seen an alarm in our ticketing. 

Kindly monitor and report back if the connection gets disconnected again. Post your reply on this ticket if it happens again.
