Secure submissions counting the wrong submissions

    My secure submissions are being maxed out, not because I have people actually submitting secure submissions to me (when I take payments from clients), but because I am logged into the secure version of when I edit and resubmit other forms within the jotform system that DO NOT need to be secured.  I simply forget to log out of the secure version of jotform before I personally edit and resubmit forms that have already been submitted to me that do not need to be secure.  


    My secure submissions are now maxed out, but if I actually received 10 secure payment forms from my clients, I would be rich right now and this is not the case :).


    Can my secure submissions be reset or at least reduced by half?  I need to submit a form to a client who is actually going to be paying me and I can not because it is maxed out.  Is there any way to avoid this in the future other than manually changing which version of I am logged into?

    I think editing the submissions by using the secure URL of Jotform's Website doesn't affect your SSL Counter. Yes, I've tried that.

    I have granted you a one time submission reset. Use our Non-https website when editing submissions if that is the case.
