How to delete options in a box?

Asked by crijsock on July 31, 2013 at 04:05 PM

Hallo, as you can see in the screen shot atacehd, at the end of ther form there's a wording that means something like "i hereby accept the conditions and terms of use" with the possibiity toflag or not the box.

actually I don't want three different options. i just want one box and not the wording "Option 1".

the choice is only whether to accept or not the terms and contidions.

    how can I do that?

    thank you.

    Hi Cristiano,

    Please check this thread also.

You can do this by just adding only one option in the checkbox value.

Here is a sample form you can test https://www.jotform.com/form/10694504891

Hope this help. Inform us if you have further question.
