JotForm Chrome Notifier appears to be malfunctioning

    Hi there JotForm,


    I've been enjoying the convenience of the Chrome notifier, but this week I suddenly only get a question mark in the red box below the pencil icon in the Chrome toolbar. Clicking the icon produces the message:


    Please Login

    You must be logged in to get submission notifications.


    If I click the link in that message I am taken to the Jotform site where I am already logged in.


    I tried removing the Chrome Notifier, quitting Chrome, restarting my computer, lauching Chrome and reinstalling the Notifier, but the behavior is unchanged.

    This is not a big deal, but I am just curious.  It is a handy tool.

    Thank you for reporting this issue.

    Now it has been escalated to our Development Team, so they will fix it as soon as they can.

    We will keep you updated via this thread.

    Fixed now. But, you need to update your Notifier to the latest version. Right click on the notifier icon and then select "Manage". Then click on "Update Extensions Now" button.
