User's are unable to complete submissions.

Our form is stuck, and won't allow applicants to "preview" their application or complete the submission.

Hi,

I have cloned your form and I was able to submit the form without any issues. In the user's current page they need to select the option to review answers and they should be able to submit at the bottom of the next page.

The only change that I made was removing the conditions since they had no relevant fields.

Could you try removing the conditions and filling the form?
