Is it possible to edit a respond on a form after it has been submitted? We have had a couple of accidentally incorrect responses to a hand full of questions and we do not know if we can go back and edit a submitted form.

Hi,
You can enable editing submissions and you should be able to edit responses from the submissions page.

I do not see that field. Is there another parameter i must setup to allow this?

Could you try going to the submissions page and attempting to edit your submissions from there?

Next question. Can anyone update a submission or does it have to be a Jotfrom subscriber? In other words, I have the account where these forms are created and held. If i were to assign someone (without a Jotform account) to make corrections to submissions as we are notified of an error, how would I do that.

Users without JotForm accounts can update submissions using the 'edit submission' links.
The edit submission links can be shared via the next report types:
