    Many potential customers are sending me e-mails to say that there either isn't a submit button or despite having completed all the fields they're told there are incompleted fields and thus cannot submit their forms.  I have discovered they most of these complaints come from firefox users.  Is there a way of getting around this.  Thank you.

    Hello,

    Can you try adjusting the iframe height in the embed code, as of the moment
    the iframe height is set to 1024 on your page however the original height of
    form is 1148px.

    Look for the height property in the iframe code and then increase it:

    <iframe allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotform.com/form/10734712394" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:1024px; border:none;" scrolling="no">
    </iframe>

    For best results you can increase the height to 1200px.

    Let us know if this works for you.

    Regards,
    Mliz

    Thank you so much for your prompt reply.  Please excuse my ignorance, but where do I check the height of all my forms (I have 4 on my site) to make sure that they are all the height they should be?

    Thanks

    Hello,

    You can find the height of the form in the iFrame code.

    Open your form on the Form Builder:
    1. Open "Setup & Embed" tab on toolbar,
    2. Click on "Share Form"
    3. Click on "Advanced Options"
    4. Click on "IFrame Code".

    Regards,
    Mliz

    Sorry, Me again.

    I only manage to get as far as step 1 as explained above.  I dont know if I'm stupid but I cant find a "Share Form" option.  Only  E-mail alerts; thank you; embed form; source code; preferences; & conditions;  I've been through all the options of each of them and can only find the form width - not the height.

    ?

    Thanks

    Hi ChelleB,

    I believe what my colleague Mliz meant was the Embed Form button of the Form Builder toolbar. Then select Iframe so that you will be provided with the Iframe embed code. Kindly scroll down a bit to reveal the height of the form/iframe in pixels.

    Please let us know if we can be of further assistance. Thank you for using JotForm!

    Splendid - thank you so much for your help.  Have found the height and fixed my website.  Am busy re-uploading it and hopefully my firefox customers will now be able to complete and submit the forms.

    Thanks again for all the assistance.
