How can I transfer files across multiple accounts?

Hello, I am writing from Able ARTS Work which is a non profit organization for adults with developmental disabilities. We have several programs, which require the same intake forms for our clients. I am inquiring about how we may transfer copies of forms across several accounts?

    Thank you

    Hello Rosie Vazquez,

    Thank you for contacting Support.

As far as I could understand your problem , you want to make a single form and use same form for your other Jotform accounts?

If so then you can simply clone the original form and use it with other accounts. In this was you can have multiple submissions in multiple accounts.

Hello, thank you for your response! Yes that is exactly what we are trying to do! We have already cloned the forms on one account but we aren't sure how to transfer them to those other Jot Form accounts.
    Thank you,
    Rosie

Hi, I'm happy to help you today.
You can log in to other Jotform accounts and clone the form there. Please note that there are no limits for cloning a form. You can clone one form as many times as you want.
    Please follow this guide:

How to Clone an Existing Form from Your Account

Let us know if you have further questions.

    Thanks.

I was reading about this on the Jot Form website, it says you would be able to transfer the forms for us. Is this possible if I provide the usernames for the accounts and the links to the forms that need to be transferred?
    Thank you,
    Rosie

Hello Rosie - Yes, we can move forms from one account to another. Just log in to the account where the form is located, post the request here, mention the forms along with the username/email of the destination account, and we'll do it for you.

Note that when we move forms, that transfers the ownership to the destination account. The submission data and uploaded files on those forms will be moved as well.

Will this allow for the forms to stay on the account we are copying the forms from? We are trying to just copy the forms to other accounts, but we want to make sure that all accounts will have the forms.
    Thank you,
    Rosie

Hello Rosie - Moving the form means transferring the ownership of the forms from one account to another. So yes, that won't leave a copy of the form from its origin account.

You might want to assign the form to another account instead. This way, all the other accounts can have a copy of it as an ASSIGNED FORM then make submissions to it. While on your end, you can have access to all the submissions received from those accounts.

    Here's a guide on Adding-assignees-to-your-form.

Please try that and let us know if you need further assistance.
