Why I cleared all the submission in my account but still it shows that I’m out of upload storage?

Hi, the File Upload space did not recalculate automatically when you deleted the submissions, we have now recalculated it.
Your form is active now, although, the current usage is closed to the limit. You may delete submissions from this form, since it still has submissions with uploaded files.
