Plan, Non-profit, Tax Exempt

Good afternoon,

My organization is looking into purchasing the silver plan. What options do you have for non-profit organizations and can we be tax exempt as well? What is it that we need to do?

We offer a 50% discount on all plans (including Silver) for an approved Non-Profit account.

To apply, please fill out this form and send it along with a copy of your organization info such as site URL and documents that prove us your nonprofit status. (For USA based organizations, we require the 990 form).

We will review and respond to your application as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I can not give you ETA, it's usually within the same business day when we receive it, but it depends on how many applications we have that day.

For the tax exemption, you can send us your Tax Exempt document via support@jotform.com. I suggest doing this after upgrading the account.
