Copying forms from one account to another

Hello, I would like to create a new paid account under my HIPAA compliant email.  Can I transfer forms made under another JotForm account to my new account?  In other words, can I share or upload forms from one account to another so they don't need to be re-created?

    Thank you.

    Hello!

Yes, you can transfer or clone forms from one account to another. But you have to do it with the HIPAA compliance feature disabled. Form transfer is disabled on HIPAA Compliant accounts.

Let us know if you have more questions.

Thank you. I am evaluating form creation before we upgrade, to be sure this
is something we can tackle for our many forms. It can be a little
cumbersome at times. I have 3 questions:
    1. If I create a one page form can I then reuse and combine that one page
form with another one page form? I have some forms that repeat as pages in
other documents so as opposed to recreating that form in jot form over and
over again I would like to just duplicate it and add it to another
    form/document I'm creating. Please advise.
    2. Does your company have a service to convert a PDF into a usable job
form? I would consider this if the price was reasonable.

    3. I use Adobe to create my forms from my PDF documents however when I
upload the created form to jot form it tends to get jumbled up so it
appears that forms need to be manually created using the jot form program.

Do you have any pointers on this?
    Thank you!
    Sincerely,
    Matthew

     Hi,

    1. If I create a one-page form can I then reuse and combine that one page

You can clone the form then merge the fields of the cloned form with any other form using the field manager app.

    Guide on cloning a form:

    Field manager app:

I have moved each of your other questions to separate tickets to avoid confusion. You can find them in the links below:

So if I clone a form that is one or two pages, how can I add it to another
form that is already created? So in other words if I have two separate
Forms created and working in JotForm but I need to create a NEW form that
has BOTH of the other forms put together into one form, is that possible?
    Sincerely,
    Matthew

    Greetings Matthew,

As suggested by my colleague, you can use Field Manager app for that:

    http://fieldmanager.jotform.io/

That is, you will open field manager app, select your first form, then the second form and copy all the fields from second one into first. Please check the demo of field manager app below:

Please check and let us know if you have any further questions.

    Thank you!
