    Hi,
Can I duplicate fields in a form for user input, For example, if they have five trucks. They can click on a link that says add truck and the same fields show up to complete their entries for the new truck.

    Thanks,
    Ivan

    Hi,

I'm afraid to say but this is not possible with Jotform. What you can do instead is to create multiple duplicates of such fields, hide them via conditions, and create a checkbox or a radio button that asks the user whether they want to add another field.

Take a look at this sample form I made.

I used conditional logic to hide the other name fields (Guest 1, Guest 2, ...) and then made them show if the user chooses "Yes" in the "Add another guest" radio button.

Yes, this is possible with the use of conditional logic. Please clone this form I just created and enter your email address in the "Recipient E-mail" section of the notification, to see an example of how that feature can be used to accomplish what you want to do.

The spacing between the sections was done via injected CSS.

EDIT: Oops! Sorry about that Neil. Nevertheless, the user may find both of our posts helpful. So, I'll leave it.

UPDATE: This has now been implemented.  Select any field, click on the cog, then 'Manage Fields'.  Select the fields you would like to duplicate and then click duplicate.
