Hello,
I am interested in using JotForm but I had a few questions. I wanted to know if multiple people could be editing the forms we make and if we are able to export the data to other databases. Thank you.
Best,

To allow users to edit the form in the form builder you may create a collaboration link.
Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/419-Understanding-Form-Collaboration
To allow users editing a submission, please check this guide:

Please note that by default, form submission data is stored in JotForm database and the data is accessible from your Form submission page. You may export the data in Excel and CSV format and then import it to your MySQL database.
We also have the option to send the submission data to your MySQL Database:

Let us know if you have further questions.
Thanks
