How do I end my subscription to JotForm?

How do I end my subscription to Jot form. I don’t use it anymore and I would like to cancel. Thank you Amy Huckaby

Upon your request, I have cancelled your silver monthly subscription plan and processed the refund for your last subscription payment as well. Please allow 3-5 days for the amount to reflect in your account. 

Please note that your account is now downgraded to free plan.
