I need to update my billing method from Paypal

Can you please assist me, I need to update my billing method from Paypal and when trying to do so in jotfrom, I keep getting sent to the Paypal website.

Please note that it is not possible to change the payment method from PayPal to another PayPal or any other payment method.

If you want to change payment method form PayPal, you need to first cancel your PayPal subscription. Once your account is downgrade to free plan, then you can upgrade your account again with desired payment method.
