How about using these widgets to list your items?

    https://www.jotform.com/widgets/inventory

    https://www.jotform.com/widgets/gift-registry

    https://www.jotform.com/widgets/quantity-gift-registry

    https://www.jotform.com/widgets/ticket-purchases

You can set a limit on each item using those widgets.

Please give it a try and let us know if that could work for your needs.

    Hi,

You can actually add a conditional logic that will allow you to create an order limit.
Just add calculation field and set the submit button to hide if the amount of order exceeded your preference.

I hope that helps, please let me know should you need further assistance.
